Lambsie Pizza

150 g Lamb Mince
2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
10 g Baby Spinach
6 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
100 g Grated Mozzarella
1 Red Onion, finely sliced
1 Wholemeal Lebanese Bread
10 g Mint, chopped
10 g Basil, chopped
From The Pantry
10 g Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Method

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 200℃, spray or line pizza tray and lay the lebanese bread down. Sprinkle some mozzarella and basil on the base, then some chopped onion and bits of the lamb mince around the pizza base. Add a little more mozzarella and the cherry tomato halves (facing up) then the Mint. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.

Step 2
Cook pizza for 10 mins (fan forced), and remove from the oven when the cheese is golden and bubbling. Cut into 4 slices, rip the baby spinach into smaller pieces by hand and place on top. Drizzle over the greek yoghurt and serve.
