1 pcsTomato
5 gThyme
10 gParsley
20 gHazelnuts
300 gDiced Chicken Breast

Method

Step 1
Add chicken breast and 1/2 of the olive oil to a frying pan until cooked through. Add in a small amount of water so they don't dry out. Set aside in a bowl.

Step 2
Add zucchini to the same frying pan, half cook through so the sides are browned.

Step 3
Place zucchini, chicken breast, remaining olive oil, tomatoes, thyme, parsley & hazelnuts into a bowl and gently mix together.

Step 4
Serve salad in individual bowls while warm and garnish with any left over herbs.
